Reporting Export Issues

Because Animate Paper compiles video directly using your device's native hardware acceleration, export issues are often related to device memory or graphics permissions. When reporting an issue, please let us know:

  • Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
  • Your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
  • The chosen export resolution and format (MP4 vs WebM)
